Foxy Brown Arrested Following Incident with Neighbor

Rapper Foxy Brown was arrested in New York City on Wednesday following an encounter with a neighbor who holds an order of protection against her. According to the New York Daily News, Foxy ran into Arlene Raymond in her Brooklyn neighborhood and said, "B****, what are you looking at? What the f*** are you looking at?" Raymond then called police. Foxy, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was arrested for allegedly violating the order of protection.

Foxy pleaded guilty in 2008 to menacing Raymond with her Blackberry. She spent about seven months in prison in 2007 and 2008 for violating probation for assaulting two stylists in a nail salon.
