V-100 and the Muskegon Public Schools honor the legacy of Doctor Martin Luther King with “Peace Muskegon: Celebrate the Legacy… Act on the Dream.”
From 3 to 6 pm, on Dr. Martin Luther King Day, come to Muskegon High School at 80 West Southern Avenue to hear keynote speaker Chauncey Williams (teacher and mentor), enjoy the performances of the Muskegon High School and Middle School Choirs and the MLK Community Choir, hear the Muskegon Public Schools “MLK Essay” winners, and the Marquette School two way immersion programs will also be performing.
Special guest will be Muskegon High School alumni and Christian Rap Artist James “Timothy” White.
Everyone is welcome. A FREE supper will immediately follow the program.
